PRIVACY NOTICE

How BOZPAR handles your information.

Effective September 9, 2026. This notice covers the BOZPAR application, buyer workspace and review process operated by BOZPAR LLC, a California limited liability company.

Notice at collection

BOZPAR LLC collects purchase requirements, contact and sign-in details, company records, representative information, identity and address evidence, beneficial ownership and control, source of funds and wealth, bank country, PEP and sanctions declarations, uploaded documents, messages and review history. Identity documents, government identifiers and financial evidence are sensitive information.

Why it is used

We use this information to authenticate your workspace, evaluate a proposed business relationship, verify identity and authority, understand ownership and transaction purpose, conduct due diligence, screen for PEP and sanctions risk, prevent fraud, respond to questions, keep compliance records and coordinate a potential bullion transaction. Submission is a request for review, not an order or promise of approval.

Sources and disclosure

We receive information from you, your signed-in account, authorized representatives and records consulted during review. We may disclose information to hosting and identity providers, approved screening or verification providers, professional advisers, counterparties needed to evaluate or complete an authorized transaction, and government or legal authorities when required. BOZPAR does not sell applicant personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Access and security

Your application is available through your signed-in account. Designated BOZPAR reviewers can access submitted records and files. Uploads are stored privately and downloaded through authenticated routes. We use account-based access and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. The current hosting service does not provide a commitment that information remains only in the United States.

BOZPAR records submission consent versions, reviewer access to applications, document downloads, review decisions, retention changes and privacy-request handling. These records support human oversight and investigation; they do not replace independent screening or professional compliance review.

Retention

Inactive, unsubmitted drafts receive a 90-day review date. Submitted records receive a five-year review date. An authorized reviewer may extend or shorten that date only with a recorded reason. A legal hold blocks deletion. Eligible withdrawn or declined records can be permanently purged after their retention period expires. BOZPAR may retain records longer when law, a dispute, an investigation or a regulatory request requires it. The schedule must be reviewed against the obligations that apply to each relationship and transaction.

Your choices and requests

The buyer workspace provides an authenticated data export and a tracked form for access, correction, deletion and restriction requests. We verify requests through the signed-in account and may retain information when a legal, compliance, fraud-prevention or security exception applies. We record the response and the basis for any denial. Rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to you and BOZPAR LLC. California residents may have additional rights when the California Consumer Privacy Act applies.

Automated decisions and minors

The current application records information for human review and does not make an automated eligibility decision. The service is for business users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children.

Updates and contact

We may update this notice as our services, providers or obligations change. The effective date above identifies the version associated with new submissions. Contact BOZPAR LLC through the authenticated privacy-request form for questions or requests.
