Terms for using the BOZPAR application.
Effective September 9, 2026. BOZPAR LLC, a California limited liability company, operates this application and buyer workspace.
Application purpose
The platform accepts wholesale-buyer applications, supporting documents, messages and sourcing requests. It does not execute a purchase, receive payment, reserve inventory, establish a customer relationship or guarantee approval. A transaction requires separate written commercial terms accepted by BOZPAR LLC and the customer.
Your submissions
You must provide accurate, current and complete information; disclose relevant beneficial ownership, control, PEP and sanctions exposure; and submit only documents you are authorized to share. Notify us if information changes. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, full online-banking credentials, malicious files or unrelated personal information.
Authorization and screening
By submitting an application, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the named business and authorize BOZPAR LLC to review the submitted information, consult company and public records, and conduct identity, ownership, PEP, sanctions and related risk checks. We may request further evidence, pause a review or decline a relationship. A human reviewer makes the current eligibility decision.
Account and document security
Keep control of your signed-in account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not attempt to access another applicant's information, disrupt the service, bypass controls or upload harmful content. We may restrict access to protect applicants, BOZPAR LLC or the service.
Withdrawal and record retention
You may withdraw an application before a final decision through the buyer workspace. Withdrawal stops the active review but does not require immediate deletion. BOZPAR may retain the record under its published schedule, a legal hold or another applicable exception. Submit a deletion request through the workspace if you want BOZPAR to evaluate whether the record is eligible for earlier deletion.
Commercial terms
Product specification, quantity, refinery or brand, availability, price, taxes, payment, title, risk of loss, insurance, settlement, delivery and acceptance require a separate written agreement. Website content is general information and is not investment, tax or legal advice.
Illustrative media
Images and video illustrate gold bullion and the intended experience. They are not evidence of live inventory, a particular refinery relationship, an assay result, an automated verification or a current price.

Governing law and changes
These platform terms are governed by California law, without displacing mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. We may update the terms as the platform or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the version associated with new submissions.
